How to Download and Install Minecraft Jenny Mod for Version 1.12.2?

I've been trying to find a working version of the Minecraft Jenny Mod compatible with 1.12.2, but I'm running into issues. I found a download link at downloadjennymod.com but I'm not sure if it's safe or how to properly install it.
