After merging, HoB and New Server Event are activated on merged server. The two events are not correctly configed and caused much inconvenience.
1. HoB quest description typo
With HoB coming after maintenance, we found a typo in the description of Total Rebates quest.

The Recharge Diamond amount should have been 4,000, 10,000, 20,000, instead of 400, 1,000, 2,000.
2. New Server Event issue
New Server Event is for newly born toon. If you're playing an old toon, you have attended the event before on your previous server. On the new merged server, you can't claim the same rewards you have done before. While, if you complete a quest you failed before, you can still claim the rewards.
