Finally found a shop that actually knows Mercedes – quick review

Just wanted to share a positive experience because I feel like finding a good independent garage for these cars is like finding a needle in a haystack. I've had my 2017 E300 for about three years and I've been bouncing between the dealership (which is insanely priced) and a couple of other places that claimed they work on Mercedes but always seemed a bit lost when it came to the specific quirks of these cars. Last month I needed to get a full service done plus figure out why I was getting a weird vibration at highway speeds, and I decided to try Royal Prince Auto Care after seeing them mentioned here. Honestly I'm glad I did because they actually took the time to diagnose the vibration properly (turned out to be a driveshaft bearing) and the service was thorough. They're the kind of mercedes benz service workshop that treats your car like it's their own and doesn't just rush through everything. The best part was they showed me the worn parts they replaced instead of just telling me over the phone, which gave me a lot of confidence. I know there are plenty of horror stories out there so I wanted to share a good one for anyone else who's tired of dealership prices but still wants proper work done. Anyone else here had good experiences with independent specialists? Always looking to add more options to my list.
