Jeep Wrangler battery died after desert trip

Had an amazing weekend in the desert with the crew, did some dune bashing and everything was running perfectly. Went to start my JK this morning and it just wouldn't turn over, not even a slow crank just clicking. I'm guessing all the winching and using the portable fridge drained it more than I realized and maybe the alternator didn't have enough time to fully recover on the drive back. I know with the Wrangler you've got to be careful because there's a lot of aftermarket accessories drawing power and if you just throw any battery in there you might end up stranded again next time you're out. I've been reading up on what specs I need especially with the extra lights and winch I've got installed. A proper jeep wrangler battery replacement needs to handle the heat and the heavy cycling from off road use so I don't want to cheap out on this. Anyone running a JK with similar mods and found a battery that actually holds up long term in Dubai summers? Also curious if I should upgrade to an AGM type or stick with the standard flooded. Planning to get this sorted before the next weekend trip so I'm not the guy holding everyone up.
