server23 divine warfare/also gift pack

we can not move up the rankings due to opponants missing only top 3 are there and we can not move up to take the postions.
so server battle and arena =no points to get items to upgrade for warrior gears
this gift pack claim dont work either

soon is somewhere between 1 or 2 year prior reporting the issue.....
be patient maybe someday they will look at this post again and actually fixed the problem

What about arena problem? is it corrected? perhaps until then we should received compensation ....
