The formula for these numbers are as follows:
(MAX BLESSINGS / MINMUM BLESSING per ATTEMPT) x REQUIRED NUMBER MATERIALS per ATTEMPT = TOTAL REQUIRED MATERIALS TO UPGRADE


Example:
Wings Maximum blessing for T1 -> T2 is 400
Wings Minimum blessing received per attempt T1 -> T2 is 11
Wings Required Materials per Attemp T1 -> T2 is 1
Formula: (400 / 11) x 1 = 36 [Please NOTE: These numbers are rounded to whole numbers. You can +1 to the nearest number whole to the required materials needed]
