Just got my Sierra transmission rebuilt in Sharjah and I'm actually impressed enough to share

I was fully prepared to be writing one of those depressing posts about how my 2015 GMC Sierra gave up on life and I had to sell it for scrap but instead I'm sitting here on a Friday morning with a cup of karak and a truck that shifts smoother than it has in the three years I've owned it, and I just figured I'd put this out there for anyone else in the same sinking boat I was in a couple weeks ago when the six speed started slipping so badly on the E611 that I could barely maintain a hundred and the dash lit up with a transmission temp warning that made my stomach drop because I knew what the dealer was going to quote me for a replacement unit and it wasn't going to be pretty. My neighbor who runs a small fleet of work trucks out of Industrial Area told me about a place that does proper GMC Transmission Service Sharjah and he said they've kept his older Silverados running long past the mileage where most guys would have just dumped them in Al Sajaa, so I limped the truck over there expecting the worst and honestly just hoping they could at least give me an honest assessment before I started looking at used replacements online. They had the truck for about five days and ended up rebuilding the 6L80 with a new torque converter and an updated valve body kit that addresses the common pump wear issue, and the mechanic actually sent me photos of the old parts and explained what had failed without making me feel like an idiot for asking questions. I've put maybe a thousand kilometers on it since picking it up and it's honestly like driving a different truck, no more shuddering at highway speeds and no more lazy shifts when I'm trying to merge onto the ring road, so if anyone's been staring at a transmission fault code on their GMC and thinking about just trading it in for a loss, maybe give these guys a look before you give up entirely because I almost did and I'm really glad I didn't.
