GoD: New Events on all servers_Jul 12

Dear all,

We've performed a maintenance today to fix the latency issue. All servers are now back. s9, s18 and s18 were merged as suggested.

1. We give players on these 3 servers 200 Diamonds and 50M gold as compensation.

2. From today on, we'll give 3 Wills of Shard(Will of Ares, Will of Artemis...) for free everyday. This will go on till you're bored.

3. Starting from today, all top-up will get 50% more diamonds. This event will last 1 week and ends at 23:59, Jul 18th, 2020.
