Hi Razxenon, the gift diamonds and vip points are added manually. So it will take one or two hours for us to process the delivery. Your diamonds and vip points were added the day you recharged.

There are serveral other players who topped up that day. They all got their gift diamonds and vip points. There's no reason we held on the items we have promised.
