Says that it is open at level 250

but for a few of us this is not the case

What level does conjuring open up please?

Got some strange prices happening with the bd stuff 999bds for a drill hammer and other prices on bound diamonds have gone way up Its a bit much really and I am happy to vip it - but there is a limit for most people especially since bound diamond drops do not appear to have increased with the prices...
